► The 1st ,2nd, and 3rd ranking students In the final examinations, held by the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology from all three years of the 3-yr Degree course are presented with the Principal’s Nobel Award every year. The students are awarded a trophy, a certificate and a cash award. The cash awards are distributed as:
• E 1st – Rs. 12,000/-
• E 2nd – Rs. 9,000/-
• E 3rd – Rs. 7,000/-
► The Evesest Masala Awards are conferred the students who secure highest marks In Food Production (aggregate of Theory and Practical) In each of the three years of the Degree course, The award constitutes of a trophy, a certificate and a cash award.
► The best all-rounder student of 1 year of the 3-yr Degree course receives the Suranjan Chatterjee Memorial Award. The student gets to keep a rolling trophy (for a year), a replica of the same and a cash award.
► The Surendra Paul Memorial Gold Medal is conferred on the best all student of the final year of the 3-yr Degree course. The gold medal has been instituted by The Park Group of Hotels.
► Prashant Sahay Memorial Award consisting of a cash award and a selection of books, Is given to the best student of the final year of the 3-yr Degree course. The recipient Is chosen by the faculty through a secret ballot.
